After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

Weird, but it works!
I marvel at the pictures online of people whose foot skin peels off in sheets. Mine never does. I get little tiny crumbs and bits (not nearly as cool), and sometimes I don't even realize the thing has started to work, but work it does and eventually I see nice, smooth feet instead of the dry, scaly, disgusting feet I had a week or so before.

This is the best product to effectively remove calluses from your feet with as little effort as possible. Gone are the days of scrubbing your feet with a pumice stone and wasting your time for not even 1/2 as good of results as this provides. Love this product and will definitely order again. Amazing, really! These worked exactly as described: donned them for 1 hour, rinsed off, and by day 3 feet were painlessly peeling like crazy. It took another several days for the process to complete and my feet are now quite soft and look "young" and incredibly smooth - that rough, cracked, ashy looking, hardened skin is gone. I wore socks all day (as opposed to my usual work-at-home footwear of bare feet in shearling slippers) and socks in bed over night - the flaking is pretty dramatic and gets everywhere. Did add a layer of lotion overnight under the socks after the peeling process started. Did not change or damage my toenails (they had no polish on them). My feet look way better than after any pedicure or series of pedicures, which I used to enjoy regularly pre-coronavirus. Do beware that you would not want to be caught in sandals during this week-long exfoliating process - your feet look pretty wild for a few days!

Expecting more
I bought a pair and was so excited to use these, but I never noticed much of a difference. I wore them for about 2 ½ hours. It was a bit confusing to use them, but eventually I figured it out. I kept waiting for the peeling, and it never really came. My foot hardly peeled at all and didn't feel much softer after a week or two. I don't know if I got a bad pair, or if maybe I'm too used to AHAs on my feet. I get better results using my daily 10% AHA lotion and my foot cream with urea. I might try another brand of foot peels, but I wouldn't try this one again. It made my feet softer but not by a lot.

Wow soft feet
I got a pair for me and one for my dad. We both have very dry skin and dry feet and because of dryness from heating our heels usually crack. I was kinda bummed when nothing happened for 5-7 days after using this mask but then my feet started to flake and the dry/dead skin came off. You have to peel the dead skin off and it's a bit annoying because for me it didn't come off as big pieces and so it was messy. I would repurchase on sale.

The foot exfoliator
there is nothing that works as good as baby foot. Be prepared that in 5-7 days your feet will peel and be disgusting. But after that, the dead skin and callous are removed and they are baby soft feet. Warning you do have to repeat as the results disappear and go back to just as bad in a few weeks.
