After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

This foot treatment really works, I try to do it at least once a year(around spring time) to get my feet ready for summer. I have gotten compliments on how soft my feet are when I go get a pedicure when I use this. I found that my feet did not start peeling fast so I would soak my feet daily to kind of get the process going faster. Wear socks to bed to avoid making a mess on your bed. Reordering ASAP.

This product delivers. There are a zillion reviews on Amazon to testify to this, as well as helpful hints to get the best results. Firstly, it works much better if you soak your feet and bathe as opposed to taking showers. So you should probably soak your feet for a couple of days if you generally shower. Carefully follow the directions given. Initially nothing much seems to happen but wait 5-7 days and the hard dead skin keeps peeling off- generally this last about 2 weeks but in my opinion, the results are worth it!
