After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

this is my second time with a. foot peel.. the first one ( from a different brand) left my feet perhaps a bit smoother .. this one did pretty much the same effect. my feet didn't peel.. but after a week i did fee my soles were a bit smoother. maybe it needs to be used a couple of times before i see a major difference?
