he best moisturizer for dry dull skin!A little goes a long way. The skin is moisturized all day after one application. Not very heavy for summer can use it in the night as a night cream too.

Not what I was hoping for
When I got this I was really pleasantly surprised at how large it was, and I figured if I could love it enough to be my daily face cream then it would be perfect. I have very dry, sensitive, and dermatitis prone skin so I felt that this cream would be awesome. The first time I tried it was at night, and I use some serums before the cream. When I put the cream on it just would not rub in. I was left with very visible white lotion on my face for well over an hour for it to rub in, and in that process it effectively rubbed off all of the other products that I use. I knew that I wouldn't sacrifice all of the products in my routine just to make this one work, but I still tried this even on its own without anything under it and it still had the same very visible cast. The cream itself did leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized, but the application of it has turned me off quite a lot.

Perfect for Retin-A Users
I am currently using Aklief (Rx retinoid) and spiro to clear my adult hormonal acne. These treatments have dried out my skin so I have been testing different moisturizers that I can use both day and night. I love the Avene line because it's made for sensitive skin. This has been my favorite moisturizer so far. It's not too heavy for daytime use, but not too light for nighttime either. I love that I don't need to buy two separate products for day and night.

Helped my neck

Perfect for Dry Skin and Retinol Use
I found this product through a dermatologist recommendation after I started using retinol (Trent) and my skin was beyond dry. She recommended that I use my retinol with the sandwich method using this moisturizer before and letting it soak in and "dry" then applying the retinol, letting it dry then topping with another moisturizer. Let me tell you, after a week my skin was AMAZING! Flaking or dry. I even started using this on my neck and chest and after about 4 weeks not it just looks better. I also used this on my sons cheeks when he gets dry and rosey and he loves it. This will be a staple for me!

Nice body moisturizer
I got this with the intent to relieve rosacea on my face, but I didn't find that this worked well as a face moisturizer for me. I read that mineral oil can be a problematic ingredient for rosacea, but I am not sure if that was the issue. I have since been using this as a hand/body cream and it leaves my skin feeling super soft, which is nice.
