Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil calms, soothes and alleviates itching associated with atopic dermatitis and eczema. The moisturizing oil deeply cleans without drying out the skin or causing further aggravation during flare-up
In the shower, lather in hands before applying to the skin. In the bath, pour the equivalent of 5 pumps into bathwater while filling the tub. Rinse and gently pat dry. Follow with XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream for very dry skin or XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm for severely dry skin.

Best Cleanser for Eczema
I love this cleanser! I deal with eczema and horrible allergies that take a toll on my skin, particularly around my nose at times and this cleanser doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It thoroughly cleans my skin without leaving it tight or dried out. I highly recommend for any skin type!

Great and gentle for very sensitive skin
My skin is sensitive and got to the point of being bright red and painful from any product I would use. I decided to simplify my routine and only use skin care that was approved for eczema, even though I don’t have eczema. I used this product and the first aid beauty’s moisturizer, that’s it for about 6 months! This didn’t suddenly make my skin perfect but it did help my skin to repair its barrier and really calm down irritation. I am now able to use other products and mostly not have a reaction. I would recommend this product to anyone with very sensitive skin looking for a gentle cleanser. It will not remove makeup but will clean without drying or irritation.

Super calming!
I am really happy with this cleanser. I like how nourishing it feels on the skin but I'm really happy it emulsifies so well and doesn't leave an oily residue left on my skin like some other cleansing oils/balms have done. It does smell kind of odd though? It is fragrance free but the natural smell of the oils caught me off guard the first time I used it. Overall really happy with it and I probably found a holy grail for my sensitive skin's first cleanse!

I love this product! I am currently on my third bottle. BUT every single one that I've had leaks. The pump that they use makes it constantly drip onto my counter and waste so much of the product. I love this cleanser but I don't want to keep buying it if a lot of it is going to be wasted because of this.

Savior for dry skin
This is a must for anyone with dry skin or someone who lives in dry climates. I recently moved to a desert climate and this has been so helpful to soothe my dry skin. It lathers just enough and is not harsh but still manages to leave me feeling clean and moisturized.
