Miracle Product
I have had persistent psoriasis my entire life and most recently developed both dermatitis on my face and guttate psoriasis over the rest of my body. For about 5 months, I have been battling eczema on my face. This balm is so light and gentle, no fragrance, and really moisturizing. I also have been using it for my 11 month old son who has been battling eczema on his arm for about 9 months. It doesn't take the eczema away, but it does keep it at bay and keeps the flare ups from coming up. This has been the best balm/cream/lotion/anything I have used for eczema thus far. The best for the winter
I tried the Xeracalm cream initially and it was great, but wanted to try somethin more hydrating for the winter. So I wanted to try the balm and it's aaaamazing! Once you work it in your hands and apply it, feels like the cream, not heavy or greasy, but it absorbs really well vs the cream . Which I was kinda surprised about. Def give it a go

Great Moisturizer for Overnight
Contact dermatitis isn't fun to manage as most products contain fragrance and other undesirable ingredients, but I've been using this product with the cleanser and the cream for a few months now with great results. I use the cream as my nightly moisturizer as it is too shiny for the daytime, but it is so moisturizing and rich. My skin drinks it in. My skin hasn't been this clear in years! Highly recommended.

Heaven for eczema
I've been so fortunate these past 68 years to have pretty much perfect skin. Until eczema decided to show up. With a vengeance. My dermatologist prescribed a hydrocortisone and to follow that up with Aquaphor. I don't mind doing that at night but researched thoroughly what other products I could use instead. I'd read about Allure's recommendation of the XeraCalm AD Cream, and I did purchase that but thought I'd try the balm as well. It turns out I'm love with this balm. It effectively moisturizers and soothes my skin but oddly enough does not leave me feeling like I've got a heavy film on my face. I actually like it better than the cream. As with all balms, it applies best when you warm it up first a bit with your fingers and then press it into the skin. I even like to use this over makeup ... when my flare ups allow me to do that...as the last step because it imparts a beautiful glow and helps makeup look more like skin. An old Bobbi Brown trick. I am so happy I made this purchase.

Love this Lipid Replenishing Cream
This is just a great product. With age my skin has become extremely dry. This is a thick mositurizer, but it does not leave my skin feeling super greasy. I do have acne prone skin, but it has never broken me out. It is fragrance free which is a bonus. I am glad that they changed the packaging and added a pump. This my second bottle and I will be purchasing again and highly recommend it :)

Very Good Product
I was recommended to use this product by my dermatologist as a means for moisturizing my skin. I had a very bad case of dermatitis that caused me itch all over. The itching led to scabbing, and then to bleeding. I felt that this product along with an Avene' bath product that I showered with, helped me to make a big turnaround with my situation. I personally recommend this and the bath product to all ages. They compliment each other well.
