really great for itchy skin
I get really itchy skin after stepping out of the shower (probably because I use some harsher products to treat ingrown hairs / KP). It's super uncomfy, and sometimes lotion doesn't even relieve the itching immediately. I've found that spraying this on my skin right after I shower (keeping my skin damp with this spray up until I put my lotion on) really helps with the discomfort and can prevent the itching entirely. Definitely recommend it for irritated, sensitive skin!

Good for layering hydration
This thermal water makes it super easy to add hydration in between routine steps. I love the nozzle, the water comes out in such a fine mist. 4 stars because it is very expensive for literal water, but it's a fun splurge now and then. I've repurchased twice.

This is an essential in my skin care and I always have a backup. I use this after I wash my face, to wet Beauty Blenders, and for refreshing makeup throughout the day. I have tried to save money by filling a spray bottle with spring water and it's just not the same. The mist that comes out of the Avene bottle is so fine and never clogs.
