I spray this after washing my face, apply serum, moisturizer, and then spray it again. This layering method kept my skin very hydrated and my skin gradually healed. It's a spray can of spring water, which I use twice a day when I cleanse my face. I have battled rosacea for a number of years now, and after I cleanse my face I spray the spring water on to rinse it and allow the water then to air dry on my face.
