Love it
My usual moisturizer wasn’t cutting it after starting retinol. I bought this cream to apply over my moisturizer on extra dry patches like my cheeks. Very happy with results. I have sensitive skin with rosacea- haven’t had any negative reactions.

The best for sensitive reactive skin
I have very sensitive skin that reacts to anything with a coconut product or coconut derivative (hello they are in EVERYTHING) and this is my ride or die. It calms any flare ups my skin has and leaves my skin hydrated and dewy. It is a bit much for daytime in the summer but perfect for winter and moisturizing overnight.

A surprise favorite!
I wasn't expecting this cream to blow me away like it did with such a simple ingredients list, but is now an instant favorite! I have rosacea-prone skin, and was struggling with an extended flare of redness, blotchiness, and sensitivity. I greatly simplified my routine (just cleanser, moisturizer & sunscreen), but was still struggling with moisture barrier weakness. I introduced this cream at night, and within a day or two felt SO much better. It is so comforting, and gives me absolutely no reaction. It absorbs really quickly, and makes my skin feel super soft, nourished & bouncy. My skin is smooth and clear with a significant improvement in redness, which is better than it has been in a long time - and with no actives in my routine! I guess sometimes simpler is better.

Excellent, But Mostly Air
This is a hard one to call, because the product itself is a good quality non-irritating moisturizer that didn't exacerbate my adult acne or make my combination skin oily. However, I ordered a month and a half ago, have used this only at night, and already am down to about a week's worth of product. This is the same issue I ran into with their soothing eye contour creme. It seems like a great deal, a good quality product at less than 40 USD, but then I realized I'm having to restock roughly 4x as often as I did with my old prestige creams. They claim to have the same oz, but Avene's containers have a high air content, so its product works out to cost me more than my old luxury items. In the end it's a lot to pay just for a moisturizer that doesn't burn!
