Good for eczema skin
Today marks 2 months after using this product. I used it every 3 days because I have eczema. It does make me dry on some days but never irritates me. In the first month, I didn't see much difference, but now after 2 months of using it, I wished I took picture of how much my skin has progressed. It fades my hyperpigmentation, reduces small acne scars and made my skin smooth. It also prevent future breakouts as I am not getting breakouts in the area where I used to have them. Knowing that it has anti-aging benefits, I think this thing really covers all the things I need in a bottle, I don't have to use multiple serums or exfoliate my skin daily. In terms of wrinkles, I can't comment on that as it's not my concern, I also appear younger than my age because I am Asian. But, it plumps and softens my skin, which means it increases collage production and increases skin turnover, so it will work with wrinkles.

My favorite product, 5/5
This has become my must have product and I am so thankful to avene to coming up with this. For those that don't know, unlike other over the counter retinols (key word retinols, not retinaldehyde which is what this product is) Avene has actually done studies on this product to show that it is effective. This has replaced all other forms of exfoliation for me, and while it did not magically cure my acne, it has significanty reduced the amount that I get, the hyperpigmentation that I have, and made my skin ridicilously soft. This is a perfect product in between retinoic acid (differin, tretinoin) vs. over the counter retinols. This is potent enough to give my skin that exfoliation and anti aging benefits, but not crazy irritating like retinoic acid can be. I plan to religiously repuchase this. Note, there is also a 0.05 version of this which should be more gentle, but they are almost the same product.

Not for super acne prone skin
My dermatologist recommended this product. It is too heavy for oily acne prone skin. I always woke up the next day with huge deep pimple on my cheeks and chin. I thought it was just purging so I kept using it, but it did not get any better. The ingredients caprylic triglyceride and Cetearyl Alcohol can be too comodogenic for acne prone skin as they are derivatives of coconut oil. These ingredients work well for dry skin. f you don't have oily, acne prone skin, then this product would work great which is why i gave it 3 stars.

Works for my forehead fine lines.
I'm 27 with sensitive skin, and I bought this product for fine lines starting to appear on my forehead. At first I applied it full-face, once a week. Even though I moisturized a lot, it still gave me peeling around my eyes that persisted. I now only use it on my forehead (1-2 times a week), and have started to notice a huge improvement in my fine lines. I've been using it for about 4 months. It's taken longer to see results, but that's because I'm applying so few times a week. FYI to anyone having trouble with the bottle not pumping the product: It's an air pump issue that can be easily fixed, Google it. I fixed mine by hitting the bottle upside-down against my palm and then letting it lay on it's side for a couple hours, but there are different ways to fix it.

Amazing Retinaldehyde
This product really works. I switched to this product after using a pretty strong retinol for years. This smoothed my skin while helping to fight the dreaded maskne. I use it 4 nights a week and still saw amazing results after about 30-45 days of use. Anyone who may be a little too sensitive for tret but wants to take it up a notch from OTC retinol, should check this out now.

Main ingredient works better than retinol.
I've spent my time at home during Covid researching how to take better care of my skin and hair. I've learned about the differences between Retin-A, which is hard for my sensitive skin to take, retinol, which is the least effective version of Retin-A because it requires more work by your skin to have the same effect, and retinaldehyde, which is a nice middle ground. It requires less work to be effective, yet it is nice for sensitive skin. I've been using this for a couple years now and it's a great product. I use it 6 days a week and I take a night off to just moisturize. It's great for preventing age spots and wrinkles. I've worked other ingredients in too: ceramides, peptides, a variety of acids, and niacinamide. It's worth it to research what actually has proven to work. And it's good to hear that my dermatologist, who recommended that I buy this product, did me a favor by doing so.

under eye fine lines
I ordered this because of Dr. Dray on youtube that suggested this for under eye fine lines and crows feet. I have used it a few times now and I dont have concrete thoughts, however, this is a great product thus far. I will say the texture is great. It is very slippy and glides onto the under eye easy, as it does to other parts of the face as well. I am seeing some reduction in the intensity of the lines under my eyes. I am using this as a preventative treatment since I am younger though. The reviews are great and I would suggest this so far. I would say that the packaging king of "shoots" the product out at first so be careful not to point it at your clothing (i made that mistake) lol!. No scent, No irritation. Overall very satisfied.
