Avène Gentle Milk Cleanser softly removes impurities, oil and makeup from your complexion with a soap-free and no-rinse formula. This cleaner comforts your skin and continually moisturizes with hydrating hyaluronic acid. Suggested for daily use, it's dermatologist-tested and leaves your skin feeling soft, supple and never tight. Ideal for dry to very dry sensitive skin.
Apply AM/PM with a cotton pad or with fingertips in a gentle circular motion. Gently remove excess with a cotton pad. Follow with the Gentle Toner and/or spray a fine mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water.

The best make up remover
This is the best combination of effective and gentle. I use this product in the shower with a washcloth and it is the only makeup remover I have ever used that really gets everything off, even when I do really heavy makeup. It is so gentle and really the best way to remove makeup for sure. Love it.

I will never be without this.
I cannot say enough good things about this cleanser, it is absolutely perfect for any skin type. It's very lotion-ey, creamy with very little scent at all. I use it in a double cleanse routine, I use one pump all over my dry face, massage it in, and rinse off to remove makeup. As long as you rinse plenty with warm water it rinses off clean with no residue and makes my skin feel incredibly soft. Even just used as a makeup remover/cold cream product alone it's worth the money. Avene is generally pretty reasonably priced for the results they deliver. I have dry to combination skin, somewhat acne prone and this hasn't made me break out at all.

Have a backup
I rarely buy cleansers that I fall in love with. I love this one that I already have a backup even though I have half of my bottle left. I use it in the mornings, especially when my skin feels sensitive, usually from retinol or acid from the night before. I pump some onto my hands and massage a little onto my dry face. I then add a little water and massage for a minute then rinse. My skin feels clean and fresh.

Compared to CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser
I bought this product because I heard a beauty YouTuber reccomend the Avene line. I was looking to replace my CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, because I found out that the CeraVe cleanser contained parabens. Though the Cerave has good ingredients, I am annoyed at myself for not checking the ingredients completely, as I do not agree morally with products that contain parabens or harsh ingredients. This product has a much smoother consistency and texture, and is very gentle on the skin. It is definitely not a foaming cleanser, it is more of a thick milky texture, and feels very smooth when cleansing the face and neck. I swim masters in the mornings and after the chlorine it feels really great on my skin, I've been using it morning and night. So far so good in my opinion, and I will continue to use. I do not notice a scent or that it leaves behind a film, and my skin is appearing clearer and softer.

Nice Creamy Cleanser
