Cicalfate saved my face
Due to all the mask wearing, I developed dermatitis and rosacea. I could no longer use my previous product lines and thought I would never find relief. Thank goodness I found this product. It is very moisturizing and non-irritating. A couple of hints: I've seen some complain that some liquid comes out upon opening. I believe that is just a bit of the thermal spring water, but if you shake up the tube well upon receiving it, that stops. Also, since it is a bit thick, you can rub it between your fingers before applying, if you like.

Great lotion, bad batch
I've used this before and absolutely love it. It is such a gentle cream lotion and I have very sensitive skin that almost always reacts the first time I use a new product, but this went on easy. It's not too thick and sinks in well, but my skin didn't drink it too fast the way it does other lotions. That being said, the last order of it I got was pure liquid and poured out like water. Dermstore customer service took care of it quickly and is sending another tube, but I was disappointed by the inconsistency of the product. I'm hopeful the next batch will be what I had used and loved before! I would definitely give the first batch five stars as I can't imagine skin it wouldn't work well for, and am only knocking it for this last liquid batch.

Will not be without it

My Favorite Product
I use Ciclafate for EVERYTHING! After light laser procedures and peels, acne scars, dry skin, burns, cuts, bug bites. My kids ask for it by name. It heals skin so much faster than anything else I have tried. I even add a little to my moisturizer at night. I always have it on hand. THE BEST product of all time.

Very rich - good for sensitive skin, could be more moisturzing
When my skin is ultra sensitive this doesn't irritate it. Its very rich and doesn't rub in easy - you have to work it in a bit to get rid of any white residue. When using overnight, it does leave my skin a bit dry so you might need to layer something moisturizing underneath - this works better as a last layer.

So healing
I used this product after I had a laser treatment done and it was very helpful with my comfort and healing. It is THICK and heavy so be prepared for that. I think this is a great product for anyone battling extremely dry, sensitive, or chapped skin or recovering from a treatment or sunburn.

Works Great!
I am 60 with fair tone skin that has some rosacea in my cheeks and chin. I am careful on what I put on my skin, especially in those areas. Whenever my skin gets angry with me, I use this product. It works great to calm my skin. Please note that the product may be watery at first, just make sure to shake it if that is the case.
