Great for restoring Skin Barrier
My skin barrier completely broke down after a reaction to a medicated eye drop I was using post corrective eye surgery. After talking to a derm, she recommended I try this product since it was "bland," meaning there wasn't any fragrance or irritants for my already sensitive skin. I used this product for a year and it helped repair my skin barrier. It's great for locking in the topical ointments and face oils I've been using. What I like most is that it doesn't sit on my skin. The product absorbs nicely and leaves my skin feeling light even though it is a cream. How I apply the product is after applying the Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil. I use a pea sized amount and work the product in while the oil is still fresh on my skin surface. By using a pea sized amount, a 3.3 fl oz bottle lasts me a year.

I truly love this stuff. I discovered this on a whim bc one of the celebrity facial companies that I buy BR from started carrying it and I thought it must be pretty good if they added it to their selection. Happy I tried it, but probably won't repurchase
I have sensitive, acne-prone skin that has been really dry 2/2 accutane. This is a nice cream, but I feel like it sits on top of the skin as opposed to soaking in like the Skin Ceuticals Triple Lipid Restore. I use it at night and notice that it rubs off pretty easily onto bedding. Because of this, I started using moisturizer underneath which has been a bit more efficacious. I also enjoy that there is no scent. Overall, it's a nice cream, but very similar function to Aquaphor (for me). Will stick to Skin Ceuticals and Auquaphor.

Moisturizing
This is my first time buying this. I usually use Avene's recovery cream (which I love) but it wasn't in stock so I opted for this. It's very, very thick and a little oily - the first time I opened it, some oily substance poured out but I store it upside down now so that doesn't happen). I'm ok with a thick, shiny moisturizer at night but I probably wouldn't use this during the day. I do use a lot of BHA/AHA and retinA on my skin so it often does get a little dry and this definitely has helped! I'm not sure I would buy it again but I do enjoy it! Hasn't caused any breakouts.
