Resolved my adult acne

I’ve had acne for 20+ years, and in that time I’ve tried everything, incl. Accutane. Eventually I stumbled into a regimen that worked: spirinolactone, birth control, and PCA Skin Pigment Gel (hydroquinone, lactic acid, azealic acid, and kojic acid). When I started trying to get pregnant, all three treatments had to go. I decided to look for a silicone-free topical with the same acids as the PCA gel and found Arcona Brightening Gel. Imagine my surprise when this one product kept my skin as good or better! I have fair/oily/sensitive skin and using this at night does the trick. When I’m able to, I plan to do retinol at night and make this my morning serum. The only other products I use are hyaluronic acid moisturizer and sunscreen.  Hope this helps someone!

Very effective

This stuff works. I also love the ingredient list. I've had blemishes pop up recently all over my chin. They aren't acne breakouts, nor closed comedones, they just kept appearing. This serum made them disappear within 3 days. My skin has never looked better. I apply it after thoroughly cleansing my face and apply moisturizer after. It stings but that fades after a few minutes. Amazing product!

Ingredient listing is not current

I bought this product because I am looking for an azelaic acid without occlusives like silicones and without glycolic acid as I use a Rx Retin A at night. This looked to fit the bill perfectly until I received the actual item. It not only contains glycolic acid as its 6th ingredient but it also has drying alcohol denatured as its 3rd - you can smell the alcohol in it. No one needs drying alcohol in their products, not even the oily gals. There is no gallic acid, arbutin, red raspberry or bilberry or grapefruit extracts in this. I went ahead and tried it out for a few days but as expected it left my face red, irritated and angry at me. No idea if it does what it claims as my face couldn't take it long enough to find out. I hate to return items but this one is going back. Also, the bottle does not say "Repair" as in the picture on the site, it says "Clarifying Serum". That would have been helpful to know before I wasted time and money buying it.

Brightening

I had a facial while on a weekend getaway in San Diego, and they used this product . I loved it so much I researched it and have been hooked ever sense. I put on under my night moisturizer every day. It gives my skin a boost and a glow.

Strong Product!

This product appears to be reducing some scaring I have on my face but it is pretty strong. Use sparingly and with good hydration. I have seen my skin start to peel up over the scar where I am placing the serum. I think I need to give it more time, but it's definitely helping.
