Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer is an all-in-one triangular-tipped retractable eyebrow pencil for defining, filling, and detailing brows. Begin by exposing only a small amount of product (about 2-3 millimeters); this allows for maximum control of the pencil and prevents over-extension when applying the product.

Using the flat side of Brow Definer, outline the shape of the brow. Use light pressure when applying.

Next, use the medium side to fill and shade in the brow.

Then, use the fine-tip to create hair-like strokes in sparse areas throughout the brow, working in the direction of hair growth. Blend as you go using the spoolie brush for a natural finish.

Pair with Clear Brow Gel for flexible hold and a polished finish.
