Smooths hair
This leave in conditioner really helped smooth my hair and protect from the heat from my straightener. I found it easiest to spray 3-4 times into my hand, rub my hands together, then smooth product into my hair for even distribution.

Safe for fine hair!
If you have superfine hair like me, you understand the struggle with leave-in products-even the ones labeled specifically for fine hair sometimes weigh mine down. Not so with this one!! My hair still keeps its volume even though when I apply it all over.

I've used caviar products before and liked them, so when my (fine, straight) hair needed a boost from too much blow drying I tried this and do see a difference in strength and lack of frizz.

I really enjoy most products from Alterna, and this one is no different. As far as heat protection goes, I think it did its job but I would not necessarily repurchase. I may come back to it, but on to the next one for now.

I received this in a beauty box. Fell in love! I was going thru a blonde phase and my curls did not love one second of it. To keep my curls from breaking off, anything with bond repair had me hooked. I apply this after I've applied at least one other product on my towel dried, yet still damp, hair. It smells good too!
