works pretty well
I just use a little of this product to spray all over after I curl my hair. It does a great job of not weighing it down or making it look dull or feel sticky. The only thing I don't like is the smell, it's a typical aerosol spray smell. But I would still recommend.

Disappointing!
After using Aveda Air Control for nearly a decade-probably mostly for the scent-I had to switch to something new when I began growing out my silver hair, and it became clear that Aveda couldn't tame my wiry new growth. So I tried this Alterna CAVIAR hairspray. I'm not convinced that this hairspray holds any better than Aveda, but even if it does hold nominally better, I hate so many things about it. First, while I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, its scent is awful! It's so acrid that I have to open a window every time I use this spray. Luckily, the scent doesn't linger too long. Second, the hold is advertised as "brush-able," but every time I've brushed my hair after using this spray, it made my hair so static-y! I do live in a dry climate, so that might be a contributing factor. Finally, the spray mechanism broke after less than a month of use! If you're looking for the best flexible hold hairspray, keep looking.
