Softer and Silky Hair

Great conditioner!
I was hesitant to use this conditioner and shampoo set because I have fine, straight hair, and I was afraid that a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner would make my hair more limp and have less body, but it actually did the opposite. My hair seemed more healthy and smooth and bouncy. I've been using it for almost a year and love it!

Love this conditioner!
I love this conditioner. It keeps my hair well conditioned but does not leave build up. I have used it for years and have loved it. I have thick, highlighted blonde hair. I read the reviews about the pump. I had this issue about 6 months ago but luckily little leaked out at the time. I have not had the issue recently so seems like Dermstore heard the feedback.

Pump does not work
This is more of a review of Dermstore than the product itself. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner and when it arrived to me the pump was broken on the shampoo and the conditioner was not in the box. When I called Detmstore sent out a new shampoo and sent out my conditioner. When that package arrived the conditioner pump didn't work and the shampoo bottle was open and all over the box. I called again and they sent out a third bottle of shampoo. I just got it today and again the pump does not work and the shampoo bottle was open. They have great customer service but what's the point if the product I'm getting is defective!!! First and last time I order from Dermstore.
