Puberty stretch marks

I’ve had stretch marks since I was 13 and they’ve definitely have made me insecure. I’m happy to have found a product that works, but remember that you should apply in the day and before you sleep !  I use this along with bio-oil and they work wonders together.

Luxurious feel

I haven’t been using this for stretch marks just as a post shower skin oil and my skin definitely feels super soft and moisturized.

Steady improvement in marks

I've been using this for about two weeks and have noticed an improvement in stretch marks on my inner thighs (joys of massive growth spurts in the early stages of puberty) - I dry brush first and then go to town with this. I miss the smell of my herbivore jasmine oil but so far this has been a productive switch!

Natural ingredients

I am 8 months pregnant for the first time and have been rubbing this all over my torso + boobs morning and night after showering since about 4-5 months to prevent stretch marks. I've gone through 2 bottles in that time and as my belly has gotten bigger I use more product. That said, I apply a generous amount each time because this is a crucial time for prevention to preserve my skin where I can. I chose it because the ingredients are very natural and I am trying to avoid chemicals where possible. It dries fairly quickly and doesn't stain my clothes. So far I have no stretch marks, but I have read that most stretch marks come in the final 4 weeks of pregnancy and also that genes play a huge role - although I got them at puberty so I know I can get them. The scent is quite earthy and not overly appealing but I appreciate that it has no toxic or chemical based fragrance ingredient to mask that. Just don't expect a gorgeous scent.

Works wonders!

African American. Female. 25. I have been a huge fan of African Botanics products for years due to their commitment to transparency and simply producing effective body oils and scrubs. I care deeply about the products I use on my body and I have to admit that this product purchase has been by far the most useful and worthwhile. I typically use this product following African Botanics Marula Detoxifying Salt and Sugar Body Scrub, 3 or 4 times a week. The reduction in the appearance of my stretch marks and the increased firmness in really surprised me after just the first couple of weeks using this regimen. The areas I see improvement in are my breasts, hips, bottom and inner thighs. All in all, I plan to continue using both products and would recommend it to women and men looking to even their skin tone, reduce the appearance of stretch marks and increase skin elasticity. Your skin will thank you!
