This is one haircare product I never let myself run out of. I use it once a week and it has made all the difference in strengthening my hair, reducing breakage and adding shine and moisture. There are a handful of regimes I use to keep my hair healthy and strong. Especially as I get older (I am 35). I dye my hair which as you know, requires loves and care. This makes a world of difference. Hair is smooth, strong, and flow-y.

Olaplex #3 is a lifesaver. I have bleached blonde/ash hair from natural jet black hair. This helps protect my strands from breakage and keeps it looking healthy despite so much coloring. I use it once a week and leave it on for 30+ minutes (sometimes longer, I'll just leave it on while running errands and doing chores).
