great product for damaged hair
4This product when used as instructed is great for repairing damaged hair. I bleach my hair and this really makes a huge difference in it's strength by repairing the bonds broken by over processing my hair.

Improvements
5I have noticed an improvement in my hair. When I wash my hair and condition it, there is less hair breakage. I am using the pretreatment twice a week. I am combing it through wet hair and letting it set for at least 10 minutes or more, and then taking my shower.

Not for everyone
1I have very fine hair that is also curly. After reading amazing reviews about Olaplex and seeing that it's sulfate Free (curl-friendly! Yay!) I tried the 3, 4, and 5 together as a system. My hair shed so much the first time I used it, I got nervous and figured maybe I hadn't brushed it enough or something. Over the next month every time I used this system my hair fell out in massive clumps in the shower. I stopped using it and switched back to my prior products and my hair shedding was minimal and back to normal levels. The amount of hair I lost using this system for a month is alarming. I'm grateful for Dermstore's generous return policy so I can return the system and find something that works better for me.

Must-Have product
5I have bleached hair and this product is a necessity for me! I love that it comes in this value size. I use it 1-2x a week and if I'm not careful I run through it pretty quickly. It's best to apply on damp hair so it will spread more evenly. I leave it in for at least 30 minutes, covered with a cap so that it stays damp (if it dries out it allegedly stops working). Using this product weekly has saved my hair from breaking off!

Perfect even if your hair is not THAT damaged
5I've been using this product for years and got really excited when the branch launched the new size. I love it. Whenever I use this product and can really notice the difference. It leaves my hair shinier and softer.

5love this product. yes its expensive but i like it. i think it works. and it's not as expensive as other luxe brands.
