Nice but not amazing
It’s a nice mask but the bottle is small and if you have a lot of hair you’re not going to get many uses out of it. Feels a bit on the thin side to me for a quality mask. I am glad I tried it but won’t buy again personally!

Miracle for my hair
I have used a lot of drugstore and high end products to help with my dry hair and nothing worked until Olaplex. This mask has been the best one of their line for my hair. My hair now feels and looks soft. I love it.

if you're hair is healthy, voluminous and bouncy this isn't for you. I am at that point where my hair is thinning my once-bouncy waves nothing but frizz hair soft with no firmness...10 minutes once a week of this mask there's a pleasant faint scent which to me smells like mango-very nice soft...everything about this mask was a life-safer to me. it is also a fraction of the price of other masks. I use this once a week. the next 3 days my hair looks incredible and I usually go on outings because I feel like my hair is more voluminous and I feel good.

Decent Product - no major impact
I've only used this twice on my hair, but I have been using the Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner regularly. I have long - mid back length hair that is wavy and has some residual highlights and washed out green hair dye. I was hoping this product would make my hair shiny and less dry looking. I can't say I noticed any major change after using this product. However, it didn't have any negative impact either and I enjoyed the scent. Sometimes a mask can cause hair to look heavy or oily, which did not happen with Olaplex's No.8. I'm not sure if you need to use this a number of times in order to see a result, or if it's just my hair type, or if I am not using the product correctly. But I watched the videos and used according to the directions.

Amazing Smell
I did not notice anything magical done to my hair but it is a bit smoother and when I blew it out it came out very sleek. The bottle is very sleek and different from most hair masks. It was good and I can say it was worth buying.

Smoothing Mask
Olaplex has a strong line of products; I use No.4 and 5 (shampoo/conditioner) on occasion and the original mask (no.3, which I believe is their most popular product). No. 6 is their leave in conditioner and that is also good, especially for frizziness. I use this mask no more than once a week because it is heavy duty. If you have fine hair, it recommends to use only a very small amount. I use about a nickel-sized amount and only apply from midlength to ends. It says to use on clean hair so I actually shampoo and condition first and then leave this in for ten minutes and then rinse out. My hair was definitely smoother, however sometimes too many Olaplex products make my scalp itch, which I have seen in other reviews. For that reason, I don't use this every week, but it does what it says it will do! Unless you have really damaged hair, you would not need this product and the No. 3. This might be better for damaged, color-treated hair.

A very decent moisturizing conditioner.
I like this stuff. I 'm on my 3rd bottle. I'm also liking Purology's conditioner. I will keep this in the rotation for now.

On the fence
When used in combination with no. 3, I can see the results. But on its own, say in place of the standard conditioner, it didn't do much for me. Am a big fan of this line so bought this as soon as it came out, but not sure I would purchase it over and over again. Dig that it comes in a bottle with a pump, though.

Surprisingly disappointing
I was surprised by how this product was so redundant. I'm usually the first person to tell you to use olaplex, because all the products work SO WELL, but this one is just another version of the conditioner. While I can definitely feel the effects, in my opinion, this product is pretty darn pointless. Why include it if you're already using the other products? Not to mention it has to be rinsed out??? How inconvenient. I was hoping for another leave in type of smoothing conditioner. I won't get this again, and spend the same amount on the Bond Smoother.
