La Roche-Posay Respectissime Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover is formulated to dissolve impurities and stubborn cosmetics while softening your skin and improving its texture. With a non-irritating, water-like texture, this liquid makeup remover has a unique bi-phase formula that activates when shaken. Its poloxamer ingredient gently cleanses (fun fact: it is also commonly found in contact lens solution).

Great for sensitive skin
I used another very popular department store brand of bi-phase waterproof eye makeup remover for many years. But for some reason it started making the skin around my eyes red and feeling a little raw. In my search for a replacement I came across the good reviews for this one. I'm already a fan of La Roche Posay products so I had high hopes. It did not disappoint at all. The toughest thing for me to remove is my three different layers of mascara-base primer + lengthening mascara + final coat of thickening mascara (crazy I know but it works for me). I apply this remover to a cotton pad and hold it on my lashes for a few seconds and it just melts it all away. Best of all I've had absolutely no irritation, it doesn't make my skin red, and it doesn't have any scent. It's a winner.
