Cannot live without!!
5I love my Harry Josh hair dryer. Fastest and most effective hair dryer I've ever had. When I travel, I literally don't leave home without it. Highly recommend, worth every penny. It is a little heavy and after having it for a couple years, the paint has started to chip off.

5To be honest, I bought this hairdryer because mint is the contrast pop of color in my bathroom. I really thought that a blowdryer just blows hot air, or it doesn't. Well, I don't know why, maybe it's that ion stuff going on, but my short, frizzy, uncontrollable, dyed-too-often, post menopausal hair just shines and and falls perfectly every time. Life is so much easier when I don't have to attempt to force my hair into doing what it doesn't want to do. And when I'm too lazy to put it away, it looks so pretty lying there near my mint vases and soaps .......

Great Dryer, poor quality
3Dryer is fantastic- It dries just as all the reviews say it does. I have had other dryers in the same price range previously but this one works the best. The reason for the low rating is the quality of the plastic and the external dryer itself. In less than two years, the first layer of plastic has peeled off and the cord is held together with electrical tape.

So disappointed
5I was so happy when I was unwrapping ny order. Then it turned disappointed. The heating setting is not hot enough. Also, before I placed my order because I had questioned regarding the two the speed setting. The only difference she told me was the weight ' Ultra light weight' I asked I if quested if the heat on whe set on she said they are both the same. Well to safe monies I just went for pro. But I don't like being lied to or lie or rude. Hopefully Mr. harry Josh will take my concerns seriously Because we the consumers are the one purchasing and in trusting him him with our needs. overrated, under-performed, only good to look at
1Do not buy anything from this store. Let my experience be one that you can benefit from. I was in the market for a new blow dryer. After reading numerous reviews, I decided on the Josh Harry Pro one and saw that Dermstore was offering it at a great sale price. I purchased the Josh Harry Pro blowdryer on 5/18/18. I have been using it 2-3x/wk. I noticed that it wasn't blowing out hot air as well as my Conair 1875 or my T3 featherweight travel hair dryer. I wanted to give it a chance but it continued to underperform. It took 2x as long to dry my hair. I do not have thick or thin hair but in between. After using it for almost 3 weeks, I was still dissatisfied. There were so many good reviews that I figured I may have gotten a "lemon" dryer. I contacted Dermstore customer service to exchange the "lemon" product but was told that I would have to pay $9.95 for their warranty, and then they will ship me a new dryer. WTH. It's only been 2 weeks!!! You sent me a possible lemon product and now I have to give you more money to send me a working one that should have been sent to me in the first place??? Is this even legal? Fraudulent wouldn't you say? I asked to speak with the manager because this made no sense to me and was told by the CS named Candice that she will forward my request to a manager. I should hear back in 24 hours. They have a lot of managers so she couldn't tell me the name of the manager who will be contacting me, but yet, none was available to speak to me and that I would have to wait 24 hours for one to give me a call. This again makes no sense and simply a run around tactic.

Well worth the price!
5My blow dryer recently started smelling like burning plastic, so it was time for a new one! I've had my eye on this one and did some intense research before deciding to buy. This has halved the time it takes to dry my hair (the air blowing out is strong!) and makes my hair much smoother without a lot of extra product. The long cord is great for blow-outs. LOVE!

Strong dryer, poor housing
5My wife loves the power of this hair dryer. The ion setting helps as she straightens her hair... no complaints about this. However, there are 2-3 flaws (all mechanical). The back piece cracked... the housing has now cracked (by the handle) and the plug falls out of the socket. I think nothing but the motor is covered under warranty... the unit has never been dropped. The injection molded plastic is poor. So all in all, if you want a 2 year hair dryer for home use this is it, but I was hoping it would last more in line with 5 years.

Broke & Bald
3I wanted to LOVE this dryer but just couldn't. Didn't hate it, but for the money, I should've really liked it. It is smaller than most hair dryers. The weight, sound level, & drying time all about average. However, there isn't a cover on the back of the dryer. I have long hair to about the middle of my back & my hair was constantly getting caught & ripped out by the air intake! Also, because of the short nozzle, it was impossible to use the nozzle as a sort of assistant to hold a section of hair for the round brush. So sadly, after the second time of using (& about 20 strands later!), I decided it wasn't worth me having to completely change the way I dry my hair to accommodate a dryer that was not only expensive but just "ok". I have since returned & plan on ordering the T3. Wish me luck!

Nice Hair Dryer
3I do notice it being more gentle on my hair, and my hair being less frizzy and fried looking after blow drying. However, still isn't as great as I was hoping. Hair dryer is powerful, I like the cool shot options however the button placement is close to switching off the ion switch on the other side when you're having to hold down the cool shot button the entire time you're having to use it. Dryer is also really heavy.
