The dryer lasts exactly 2 years
1I received a replacement after my first dryer stopped working right at two years. The replacement again stopped working at about 2 years and 2 months and I feel like it was money down the tubes. I have a non working dryer which I spent over $200 for. Not worth the money.

Good Not Great
4I heard a lot of hype about this hairdryer before purchasing it but I wouldn't say it's revolutionary. Does a really good job but my hair is still a little frizzy after blowing it out. Nice amount of softness and shine though.

Great hairdryer - worth more than $200?? Not sure
4I do love this hair dryer. It's light. And it dries my hair very quickly. But, I'm not 100% convinced it is minimizing my frizz as much as I'd hoped. I think it's a great hair dryer, but I'm always looking for products - and am willing to spend the dough - if it'll get me the same or very similar results that I get from my hairstylist when she gives me a blowout. It's not quite there, so that's why 4 rather than 5 stars. For this price, I really want as close to perfection as possible! If it were less expensive, it'd probably get 5 starts, but I had a $25 Conair Pro for forever which worked great too!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
2I got this on sale for $169 and I am so glad I didn't pay full price! It does dry my hair a little bit quicker however, overall it isn't worth the price! It is heavy and the cord is thick and long.

Good Blow Dryer
5I decided to finally upgrade my blow dryer from a cheap drugstore option, and I stumbled along this one. I was looking for a dryer that would speed up the process. This is an overall good blow dryer. The high speed and high heat dries hair fast. I typically use the lower heat and speed settings, and it works well. My hair has a nice shine to it when I'm done.

Not for my thick, curly hair
5I bought this based on all the great reviews and for me, it doesn't live up to the hype at all. Not even a little bit. I've been using it for about 6 months now. It took me all this time to figure out why my hair is so horribly dry and frizzy. I kept thinking our water quality must be getting worse, my hair more damaged. Nope. Went back to the powerful dryer I had before this one, which unfortunately the company doesn't make anymore, presto-changeo; soft manageable hair again that still looks soft and manageable hours later. I truly believe this Harry Josh dryer lacks the power to really get through the thickness of my hair to actually get it dry. Waste of money but I can at least give it to my daughter who has fine, straight hair and might actually get hers dry with this thing. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's cute to look at.

Wanted to love this, but quality issues and Dermstore was no help.
1The dryer I received was defective, air came blowing out one of the sides - not just the nozzle. I contacted Dermstore to get a replacement, but was told I would have to pay for a warranty replacement. Had I owned this for longer I would not have an issue with the warranty cost, but having just received it I expected a replacement - similar to what other retailers offer.

Super Fast
5This is a powerful dryer. It dried my hair in the same amount of time fresh out of the shower, as my old dryer did after letting my hair air dry for 45 mins. Lots of air with this dryer.

Poor Quality
5This hair dryer is very loud, and the motor smells hot like it is going to burn out. The plastic is cheap and cracked within the first 2 weeks, it wasn't even dropped, just bumped against the vanity. I gave it away to someone who just needed a dryer and didn't care about the lack of quality.
