Portable and high quality hair dryer.
5I have owned this hair dryer for the past 5 years and it has been my hair staple ever since. I wash my hair every three days and this dryer quickly dries my hair and helps it stay tangle free between washes. I always notice a difference when I don't use this dryer; my hair is frizzy, more prone to creating a rat's nest of hair, and I experience hair breakage sooner. Using a barrel brush with this dryer makes it look like I just stepped out of a salon! Someone always comments on how nice my hair looks freshly washed. If you're on the fence about the quality of it, I would say just buy it because with consistent use over the past couple years it has never failed me. In regards to the green coating, I have noticed some chipping over the years. That may be because I pack it with my in my suitcase and things have scratched it but overall it still looks great.

Fabulous Hair Dryer
5I'll admit, I was originally drawn to the color. Diving in deeper I love that this is dryer is more compact. It dries my hair quickly and I don't find it to be damaging to my hair.

Good but...
4I've had this dry for a few years and generally really like it, however, I've taken a star off because now bits of green are coming off the dryer! I didn't expect that!

Disappointed
3I purchased this dryer in 2018 and I loved it! It dried my thick, curly hair with no friz, and the blowout lasted for a week. But, the dryer just broke on me and I'm not covered by the 2 year warranty. (I turned it on and sparks started coming out!) I'm disappointed because I cannot afford to replace it and have to get a drugstore dryer for now. I feel for the price it should have lasted longer.

HEARTBROKEN
4I bought this blow dryer back in 2017. I had never had a professional blow dryer and I definitely had never spent this much money on one. I was searching for something industry users used and I knew who Harry Josh is and figured I'd try this blow dryer out. I LOVED it! This is the ORIGINAL hair dryer. Not the newer lightweight one. This girl is HEAVY. Definitely ideal for packing in a checked bag for a flight. The power switch now will not move. I can't click it on any setting. It's permanently on the "off" setting. The paint has also been peeling off of the entire unit. It ends up on my hands and when I go to style my hair, I see little green paint chips in my hair. I really thought this was going to last me an extreme amount of time. My hair stylist has been using the same blow dryer she bought in cosmetology school at Aveda for the last 12 years. I tried to unscrew the screws in the handle but the unit uses very interesting screws I have tried multiple different screw drivers and all have failed to work. The screw female end has a star shape and I guess I'm going to go to the hardware store with the blow dryer to see what they might have. I just want to open the handle to see if I can solve the problem and get it working again. (the paint is an issue I don't see a solution for.) The warranty is clearly out for this purchase. I give this product 4 stars because it worked AMAZINGLY for 5 years. But for the cost and it breaking down on me, I would give it a lower rating. I'm very disappointed this product didn't last much longer for the price when I've had drugstore blow dryers last longer. For product lifetime, I give it a 1 star.

THE BEST
5I absolutely love this hair dryer. It is lightweight and easy to control and hold. Really fast drying and leaves my hair very smooth, but still gives volume.

Excellant!
5Worth every penny! This hair dryer is excellent quality, not exactly silent, but certainly on the less loud side. Dries my crazy thick hair super fast and leaves my hair shiny and full of volume. Definitely recommend Harry Josh pro tools hair dryer!

Solid hairdryer but nothing innovative
4This is a good, solid hairdryer. My husband prefers to use this over my more expensive dyson Airwrap. But it doesn't seem much different than any other hair dryer I've ever used, so don't expect it to be a life-changing tool.
