I like to use these on top of a layer of my serums and after a micro needling. After I apply an oil to lock in the nutrients. Definitely noticed a noticeable glow and hydration the next day. After I use on my face, I apply to my neck. I’ve not heard of coQ10 topically but here to say I’m impressed.

I'm still not sure if that did much, but this hydrated so well, made my skin soft as silk, and provided a glow.
