I like to use these on top of a layer of my serums and after a micro needling. After I apply an oil to lock in the nutrients. Definitely noticed a noticeable glow and hydration the next day. After I use on my face, I apply to my neck. I’ve not heard of coQ10 topically but here to say I’m impressed.

I purchased this mask basically because of the price and a desire to see how Co Q-10 might help my skin. I'm still not sure if that did much, but this hydrated so well, made my skin soft as silk, and provided a glow.
