Dermstore Collection's Day Cream is formulated to fight the signs of aging and hydrate dry skin for a glowing, healthy-looking complexion. Rich in a five peptide complex, this day cream stimulates collagen production and boosts firmness and elasticity, visibly smoothing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Ceramides and shea butter help to improve the look and feel of dry, dehydrated skin, while vitamin E protects the skin against environmental damage, which can accelerate the aging process.

Would have given this a 5 if not for the wasteful overpackaging
This is my new "neutral" moisturizer when my pale, sensitive skin freaks out OR I don't need sunscreen. This actually moisturizes, and the feeling lasts for hours. This has peptides for firming, but nothing like retinol or acids to irritate your skin. I use it when my retinoid, AHA, and/or high strength vitamin C irritates my skin and has turned it red, dry and flaky or when it has just freaked out for no apparent reason as it has done all my life, leaving my ghostly white skin a red, irritated mess as I'm just sitting there doing nothing. It is a "day cream" without sunscreen, but that's OK since sunscreen irritates my skin sometimes and this at least has SOMETHING good for my skin in it (peptides) when i have to forgo everything else temporarily. I would have given this 5 stars but for the insane overpackaging. This comes in a HUGE outer box, with a heavy insert. It's so environmentally unfriendly thta it negates the glass jar, which is much better for the planet than plastic.

I love how effectively this cream moisturizes my face. That said, the packaging is total overkill. Is there any way to reduce the weight and amount of material used??!! Also, could you make it in a much larger size?

Luxurious texture (update after 2 months' use)
I am beyond just enjoying the texture of this cream--I find it perfect in a way that nurtures my inner child, when these things are 'just right' they can trigger the oddest sensations hahahaha But I'm planning to buy more, it's in my Dermstore cart right now... Wonderful daily moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin
This has become my go to moisturizer. I love the texture and how easily it absorbs into my skin. I have oily, acne prone spots, and dry spots, plus I am fighting early signs of aging. Fun! This moisturizer works for all three areas. I have redness around my upper lip and chin (mask wearing and hair removal), and this moisturizer really seems to soothe those areas. Works beautifully under my sun screen too. My skin feels smooth and looks healthy when I use this moisturizer.

Hidden gem
I was a little uncertain about purchasing this since I couldn’t find any reviews about it online aside from the ones on Dermstore.com. However, it was on sale so I thought it would be a worth a try. It has a nice texture on application. It is fragrance free. It has a lot of the ingredients I look for in a moisturizer such as shea butter, ceramides, and peptides, so I think this was a great moisturizer overall despite not getting much press coverage on the internet. The packaging (glass jar, box, etc) give it a lux feel as well.

It does the job
I first got this in a BeautyFIX box and really liked it for pandemic workdays. It's moisturizing for my dry skin and lasts all day, but isn't too thick or shiny on the webcam. It's serviceable, but after buying a couple jars (it lasts about a month) I'm ready to move on. Dermstore does good discounts on its brand so wait for a sale if you want to try.
