GREAT LIP BALM WITH SPF!!

Have been looking for a lip product with SPF that has some color. Sumer crush by COOLA is exactly what I need as I have an active life with walking 6+miles a day and playing golf. It is moisturizing also. I highly recommend it.

The lipstick is far too dense and thick foe my preference. Maybe I got a dud? But I have to press fairly hard to get the color applied, and unfortunately, the texture is grainy. This results in more of a lip exfoliating for me. I have blush sticks that are creamier than this lip stick/balm. So I'm not that thrilled with it.

I bought this in firecracker and summer crush. Both have a comfortable texture and seem effective in protecting my lips in the sun. The colors are a bit off. I was expecting the firecracker to be bright red - it was more of a mauve-pink. I was expecting the Summer Crush to be a peachy pink, and it was faded pink (it was clear there was sunscreen in this). So meh. Probably would not repurchase once these are finished.

This is a great product because of its high SPF, but if you are looking for a daily lip color then this is not what I would suggest. I found it to be very waxy and there are other SPF chapsticks out there with better texture. Plus, as it's on your mouth you will probably need to reapply often during the day regardless of what the SPF is. I personally bought the color Skinny Dip and found it to be too light for me, if you have pigmented lips whatsoever even with a lighter skin tone I don't think that color will work for you.

This is a great option to keep your lips moisturized. The color looks great on my skin tone it's just enough color to make you feel like you have a little something on without too much.

Great Mineral Lip SPF

It's difficult to find a lip sunscreen that's completely mineral and doesn't go on completely white. I have the color "Nude Beach" and I like it a lot! The texture isn't as smooth as a non or chemical SPF which is expected, and it's not the moist moisturizing lip balm in the world, but it does a good job. The color is very nice and I like that it's not too much of a fuss to reapply during the day. Caramel scent isn't too overpowering. I think I'm going to get more colors when spring comes around.
