Made my hair extremely dry

I never expected this out of a conditioner, but my hair got super dry and tangled after applying this it. I wonder if the product I received has been tampered with.

As expected

I bought this to continue with the rose scent as I had bought the shampoo. The scent is not quite there. As it’s meant to be a volumizing conditioner it’s as expected. I don’t need the volume and bought it only for the rose scent. I would not repurchase.
