Sale of Gift Cards

1. Sales of Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) made via the link from https://www.dermstore.com/ ("The Website") is managed by Diggecard ("Diggecard UK") at Crowthorne House, Nine Mile Ride, Crowthorne, Wokingham RG40 3GE, registered in England and Wales with Company No. 11448044 on behalf of THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com).

2. THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) Gift Cards can be purchased via The Website in United States dollars (USD).

3. Payment can be made via a valid debit or credit card.

4. Each transaction is subject to various fraud checks and THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is subject to additional verification or scrutiny or for any other reason, without providing explanation.

5. Gift Cards ordered through The Website will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number stated in the individual order. Dispatch will usually be immediate but could be up to 48 hours after receipt of payment.

6.By placing an order, you consent to its immediate supply, the supply being of digital content within your 14-day cancellation period, and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be immediately lost.

7. By placing an order, you are confirming all the data provided is correct. Sometimes, it is impossible to rectify errors after the order has been placed, so any mistakes should be corrected before you submit the order.

8. Where possible, THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) will try to meet all delivery requirements, but THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the requested delivery date. 'Loss' in this instance includes any loss of profit, costs, damages, charges, other expenses, consequential losses, and non-financial losses.

9. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) has no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards once risk has passed to the customer at the time of delivery.

10. Refunds will not be given on the purchase of a Digital Gift Card. Once your payment has been received, your order can only be canceled by phoning 001 801 252 4624.

11. Diggecard is not directly linked to THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) or any THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) company, and Diggecard cannot take responsibility for products and services offered by THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com). In addition, THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) shall not be responsible for services provided by Diggecard and its associated companies.

12. The collection and management of your credit card data and personal information, which is collected, processed, and managed, is solely used to authorize payment and is not held by Diggecard or THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com).

13. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately to THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) Customer Service by calling 001 801 252 4624. Neither Diggecard nor THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) can be held responsible for any shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified to THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) within seven working days of delivery or the specified delivery date in respect of lost cards.

14. Payment is taken at the time of purchase of the Digital Gift Card. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Diggec* {cc}".

15. Diggecard and merchant cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to a cause totally beyond its reasonable control, for example: acts of God, trade disputes, governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

16. Breach of these terms and conditions by you will entitle Diggecard and/or THGPP LLC (trading as dermstore.com) to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages, or otherwise.

17. Whilst the contents of The Website are checked for accuracy, Diggecard cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors or any statements made on the site. Nor is Diggecard responsible for any losses incurred if information is used from the website or if accessing the site may result in viruses to your computer equipment.

18. The images on the website, including trademarks, can only be used with the permission of the owner.

19. The Digital Gift Cards you receive may vary slightly from the images and descriptions shown on The Website.

20. Digital Gift Cards should be handled like cash. Diggecard and THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) are not responsible for lost or stolen Digital Gift Cards.

21. Diggecard and THG Beauty USA LLC (trading as dermstore.com) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so.

22. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes or claims.
