5I love this product. I like to use it after shampooing my hair. It feels refreshing on the scalp and it helps to stop itchiness. This product also is both very hydrating and moisturizing for the scalp. I love it!

It just okay!!
5I think it's just okay. I have used better. I honestly thought it would tingle more. What I do like is it doesn't make your hair wet or greasy after you use it. Good not great.

Works fantastic! Just costly
4Just a few drops to a dried out area will leave it feeling moisturized and healthy! Only downside is the cost/amount of product ratio. A bit pricy.

WORST SHIPPING EVER
1In first place, it took forever to get shipping information, and on second hand, it didn't even arrive properly. I never received my orders and now the reshipment is taking forever. I'm canceling my order and never going to use it again. I was so excited to know a new beauty website, but it was a fail for me. Please cancel and refund my order asap. (I'm sorry that my review is not about the product itself)

3I have terrible dandruff. I haven't noticed a difference in my scalp. I don't like the dropper application either.

Not sure what this product does
3I have a very oily scalp and a bit dry ends. I have been using almost half a bottle, approximately once a day. So far I don't see what this product does to my hair.

5This product feels so amazing to put on your scalp right after you've washed your hair! It's like that tingly feeling when you put a fresh piece of mint gum in your mouth, but it's on your scalp LOL. Love it!

Soothing & effective
5This is my 3rd bottle. It's cooling when applied to the scalp. It really sooth my scalp itchiness and flake free. I used it 2 times per week. It doesn't weight down or make my hair oily or greasy.

Soothing, cleansing
5Have to wear OR caps, hair covers, etc always at work & this is very soothing, cleansing formula. My husband & I have used other charcoal detox & scalp scrub products by briogeo & we both feel they are cleansing & stimulating. Neither of us have buildup issue per se (he's bald & I have shorter, pretty curly hair), but the scalp stimulation, relaxation affect & overall aromatherapy is apparent. I recommend.
