Love how it detoxifies, but beware if you color your hair
4LOVE how this shampoo makes my scalp and hair feel so clean and refreshed, especially after many days of dry shampoo use. However, if you color your hair, beware that this may strip your color at the roots and beyond. I highlight my hair and try to limit the use of this product because I noticed my roots coming in much sooner than usual.

Effective
4I believe this works best when paired with with leave in scalp conditioner. It is very effective. I’m not certain about it being color safe.

Healed scalp issue.
5I had a problem with abnormal skin issues on the back of my head just above my neck due to irresponsible hair dying. The area was raw yet I continued to use dye out of vanity. I stopped dying my hair years ago, but this area continued to peal and scab for years every two to three weeks. One container of this stuff cleared up the issue. I am not kidding. The area is completely healed. I have decided to purchase another container for once a week maintenance. The only thing that I find off putting is the hash minty spell that stings my eyes. However the results outweigh this issue.

Scalp cleans
5Cleanses the scalp well, keeps oily hair at bay and doesn't weight down my fine hair. I believe this is helping with my thinning hair.

Smells good…
3Appetizing mint chocolate smell but it cleansed adequately enough instead of as thoroughly as I’d hoped. Semi thick slightly runny texture makes it easy to quickly distribute around the scalp. The small exfoliating beads were too sparse to feel like it was making an impact. Didn’t relieve my dry winter central heating induced itchy scalp, but Briogeo’s Tea Tree Scalp Treatment did! My hair (straight, coarse, thick, virgin) was no better or worse; ended up returning. Prefer Christophe Robin
