Hair never felt cleaner

A family member swears by this so I thought I'd give it a shot. I felt weird at first using an exfoliating shampoo, but it made my hair feel so clean and refreshed. I use this about once a week when I want to really clean any built up residue or oil. Would def recommend!

Gritty and dry

I have a lot of hair, its fine and wavy but i easily get build up and only wash it once every 4 days so I was looking for a good detoxifying shampoo. This leaves my hair very dry, and my hair feeling a bit gritty afterwards especially top of head. My natural waves also dont like this shampoo, leaving it more frizzy than my other shampoos. I dont like that its in a tub, water gets into it in the shower to easily as well.

it was incredibly drying for my hair and scalp. if you're using this, please pair it with a deep conditioner. it has no bubbles in the lathering process. i know that means its better ingredients but it was hard to use.

I have dandruff and nothing really seems to help it. I bought this because of the good reviews and so far so good. It makes me scalp tingle and feel clean. As for helping with my dandruff, I dont know.
