Love love love it
5So, I use this once weekly to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and I LOVE it. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. I would only recommend using this once a week though as it can be quite drying when used frequently

Lovely minty smell
5Love the way this smells and also feels lovely as you rub it in. I'm not sure if it's doing much to improve scalp health yet, and the charcoal has not decreased the oiliness or frequency I need to wash my hair. I'm not bothered by the tub format, but I am able to keep it out of the water spray and re-seal the lid to keep it dry.

CLEAN scalp saver
5I got this as a sample from another Dermstore order and I'm so glad because I'd been eyeing it but haven't had luck with shampoos and was tired of buying and trying and not liking, but the sample impressed me. It takes a bit to massage it in, but my scalp has not looked better in so long. I follow with the deep conditioner and now I can't use anything else. I love this CLEAN shampoo!!

works, but not in love
4This product works well enough, but I don't know if I would repurchase. I wash my hair 1-2 times per week max unless needed, and so generally use this product each time at least on some areas of my scalp. It seems effective at cleaning the areas that it reaches...no flakes or itching, but is a little difficult to spread around and really reach the scalp. Other reviews mentioned this shampoo is overly drying. I can see that this could be the case. I focus on my crown and hairline, and do not apply to the lengths or ends of my hair. Instead, I sometimes follow this up with the Don't Despair Repair shampoo.

Scalp Saver!
5I have really heavy workouts and constantly have an itchy scalp with my thick hair. This exfoliating shampoo was a life-saver! It really felt like I had a new scalp and the mints were so soothing.

Clean, Fresh Feeling
5I have always wanted to try a shampoo that will clean and remove the impurities left behind by using other hair products. I purchased this product through a 3-month subscription and it is AMAZING! The scent, the sensation, the texture, all my senses are awakened after using this product. I use this during my weekend ritual for a fresh start to the week. Great product esp for the summer time or whenever you need time to rewind and relax.

On my short list of fave shampoos
5I like to keep this one in my rotation, though it does require a heavy duty conditioner to avoid tangles with my fine hair. I love the invigorating minty smell, too! My hair is light blonde, but the charcoal-colored shampoo washes out easily.

really helped with my flaky scalp, and didn't dry out hair
5Most scalp shampoos dry out my fine, highlighted hair. I liked the smell of this one, and that it kept my scalp flake-free but also didn't strip my hair of moisture. It's a little goopy and the application takes getting used to-if you usually use shampoo from a bottle-but I got used to it quickly.

5Held of for a long time but I'm glad I finally purchased it. It thoroughly exfoliates and cleans your scalp, leaving a lightweight fresh feeling behind. Word of caution though, make sure you moisturize your ends during the same session because it may leave them feeling very dry.
