Pump broke immediately

Pump broke on first use. I bought 3 products from this line (conditioner, this shampoo and detangling spray), 2 of 3 have unusable packaging. Won't buy these products again.

Huge Difference!

I just started using this product combined with the conditioner and I've already noticed a difference in the texture and strength of my hair. Growing out long hair will be much easier and hopefully limit the amount of damage and required cuts in the process! I'm looking forward to trying other products from this brand. The only con is the scent and product packaging. The scent is strange, but not intolerable or overpowering. The packaging is terrible. The pump for the shampoo broke immediately as I removed the protective plastic and the conditioner comes without a pump which isn't the easiest to use when it's wet in the shower! The cap also isn't flat so you can't flip it upside down for easier use without pounding the bottle for the conditioner to run to the top. For a pricey shampoo, I would think the packaging would be better. However, I like the product enough I'll probably continue to buy it.

Amazing Hydrating Shampoo

This shampoo gets 5 stars from me because it is both hydrating and light. I have very thin, fine hair and this shampoo does not weigh my hair down but it makes it feel bouncy and healthy. As an added bonus, this product is very versatile and works on many hair types - my boyfriend has curly, thicker hair and he loves it as well. The product itself is a pretty standard shampoo texture and lathers nicely. The only downside is that the 16 oz size comes with a pump and three times I have received the bottle/pump not working. I don't think this is a packaging or shipping error - I think the pump is just faulty and the design for the pump is not good. Still giving the shampoo 5 stars despite this because the product itself is wonderful, just try to get a bottle that does not have a pump if possible!

I was disappointed with this shampoo. I was impressed by the ingredients and price tag, but after using it for a few months, I didn't get the results that I expected. My hair didn't feel hydrated or nourished after each use. The bottle pump never properly worked without unscrewing the bottle, which added to my frustration with this product. I have brunette, fine, color-treated, shoulder length hair. Maybe it's better for someone else, but it's not for me. I will not buy again.

Favorite hydrating shampoo

This shampoo does a great job at hydrating my 2C/3A curls. The smell is FANTASTIC! Like a creamsicle. :) Great pair with the conditioner. My one complaint - the package was heat sealed closed & when trying to pry the heat sealed plastic off the pump, the pump top popped off and is now broken. Be careful!

Fantastic Product for Frizzy Fine hair

I have long wavy black hair that often is very frizzy as I let it air dry. I got this and the Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask as samples and suddenly I had the hair that I always wanted. It was smooth, silky, and shiny. People were actually giving my compliments. Of course, I immediately ordered the regular sizes. Try both of these. You will love your hair.
