The Revitalizing Black Charcoal Hydration Gel from boscia utilizes a combination of soothing ingredients to rehydrate skin. Infused with nourishing ingredients like charcoal and glycolic acid, this gel moisturizer works to keep wrinkles, enlarged pores and dehydrated skin at bay.
Key Ingredients:
- Activated Charcoal: absorbs excess oils and impurities, detoxifies, and exfoliates to refine the appearance of pores
- Glycolic Acid: improves the skin’s appearance and texture by accelerating the exfoliation process of the upper layer of the epidermis
- Vitamin C: helps brighten skin tone and minimize fine lines as it defends against free radical damage
- Artichoke Leaf Extract: reduces the appearance of pore size by increasing skin elasticity; pore wall is less likely to stretch and retain debris
- Pomegranate Enzyme: a superior antioxidant that provides excellent free radical protection, while exfoliation properties reduce blackheads and even texture
Key Benefits:

Nice for the summer
This is a refreshing light gel that absorbs easily and leaves no residue. I like this more than I thought I would.

i liked this
I thought it was really great at hydrating and smoothing out the skin. I think that there is dimethicone in it to help with a quick fix

Broke me out/feels like Sea Breeze
I tried this and enjoyed the light, vaguely floral scent, but within seconds of application a string and unpleasant cooling sensation kicked in, which felt like Sea Breeze but stronger. Once that dissipated, I left it on & applied a neutral cream I've never had problems with. My skin felt plump and moisturized, only to wake up to three huge pimples on my nose & upper cheek. My skin is fine with many products with glycolic acid, so I'm at a loss as to what I'm reacting to. I ended up gifting it to a friend who has Teflon skin.
