1. On clean, dry skin, place device directly onto desired treatment site. Mold device for a snug fit (arms, shoulders, legs, knees) or lay flat (upper/lower back, chest). 2. Press again to select light setting (red, blue, red+blue) and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes (per treatment area). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete. 3. For pain relief treatment, press and hold the appropriate button for 2 seconds to turn on device and use for the programmed treatment time of 14 minutes (per treatment area). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete. 4. Remove device. For optimal results, use device once daily per treatment area and follow with Alpha Beta® Exfoliating Body Treatment 2-3x times weekly.
