Thighs: Press and roll the tool along the back of your thighs, inner thighs and outer thighs. Calves: Press and roll the tool along your calves. Arms: Press and roll the tool along your upper arms, back of your arms and forearms. Chest & Décolleté: Gently press and roll the tool in back & forth motions along your chest area. Abdomen: Gently press and roll the tool in back & forth motions along your abdominal area. Cheeks: Gently press and roll the tool upward, moving from the middle of your face to the outside of your face. Jawline: Gently press and roll the tool in upward motions along jawline starting at chin and moving up toward the ear.
